One Future, Many Faiths: Interfaith Worship Celebration & Community Harvest Meal.

Congregations Caring for the Earth (CCE) is hosting One Future, Many Faiths: An Interfaith Worship Celebration for the Care of the Earth, at 5:00pm on Sunday, October 2, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 8590 Enterprise Dr, Mt. Iron, MN. CCE would love to have your support at this exciting celebration of religious tolerance and commitment to Earth-care on the Iron Range. The service will include speakers offering sacred texts and prayers from Jewish, Muslim, Native American, Protestant, Catholic, and Unitarian Universalist faith traditions.

Child-care will be available if you need it. A pick-up choir will rehearse the anthem starting at 4PM. All singers are invited to participate in the choir.

The evening’s festivities will continue with a FREE community harvest meal immediately following the service. Come out and be a part of this important community event! For more information or to help with the service or the meal, call Messiah Lutheran Church (218-741-7057).
