Total Ministry discerned from St. Paul's

On August 27, 2006, following the desires of St. John's to terminate the cluster covenant known as the East Range Episcopal Churches, members of St. Paul's voted to move to Total Ministry starting in January 2007. In March 2007, the Rev. Douglas Morrison-Cleary was hired as the Total Ministry Mentor and the LifeCycles training program.

The leadership at St. Paul's unilaterally decided to have nothing to do with Total Ministry and has distanced itself from the Total Ministry Team. With no spiritual welcome at St. Paul's, members of the Total Ministry Team continue their spiritual growth through meetings and by working through the LifeCycles program. Details here.

Meeting with former parishioners:

On September 14, 2008, Pam and John McIntosh, now residing in England, paid a visit to the Iron Range. The Total Ministry Team met with Pam and John at the Country Kitchen restaurant in Virginia, MN.

Singing with residents at Edgewood Vista

The Total Ministry Team at St. Paul's sings hymns every month at Edgewood Vista in Virginia, MN. The Team brings music to share with the residents and together we sing hymns with those who wish to participate. Following the singing we also share in cookies and a fellowship.

With singers from 4 on up, we see that singing hymns brings joy to all ages!
